Please familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions before our consultation or the purchase of a guide. If you choose to consult with me, please indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms by noting it in the sleep diary that has been provided to you.

Disclaimer: Thank you for considering working with me. Please note that my support is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, lactation, psychological, or therapeutic care. It is also not a substitute for counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or any other form of medical care. If you have any concerns regarding your or your child's health or well-being, please consult with your doctor or another qualified professional.

Guarantees: Consulting with me is an educational, informative, and supportive experience. However, I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results within a particular timeframe. I do not endorse or employ cry-it-out or any modified versions of it. I am committed to providing you with current, evidence-based, compassionate, developmentally and age-appropriate information that aligns with your parenting style and promotes attachment and responsive parenting. I will never ask you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, and there will never be a requirement for you to stop breastfeeding or bed-sharing (where applicable) if it is in the best interest of you and your child.

Equality and non-discriminatory practice: I promote an inclusive and non-judgmental service and will not discriminate against anyone based on race, sexual orientation, parenting style, disability, cultural beliefs, marital status, or religion. If there is anything you would like me to be aware of, please communicate it at the beginning of our consultation.

Scope of practice: When we work together, I will not simply tell you what to do, but we will collaborate to find a solution that suits you and your family and is sustainable. I will utilize my training and experience to educate you and offer evidence-based suggestions. However, the decision to implement any techniques proposed will be entirely up to you. As a certified holistic sleep coach, our consultation will focus on sleep and well-being only. Any other concerns or inquiries should be addressed separately by an appropriate practitioner.

By choosing to work with me, you agree to the following:

  1. Adhering to safe sleep guidelines.
  2. Disclosing any relevant medical conditions that may affect sleep.
  3. Understanding that if I have concerns about the welfare of your child, I have a duty to report it to the relevant health or safeguarding services in your local area. I will always inform you of such actions, except in cases where immediate child safety takes precedence.
  4. Recognizing that any personal information provided will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
  5. Making payment in full 24 hours prior to our consultation or the relative alternative as per the package chosen. In the case of the troubleshooting email package, payment must be made before I create your plan.
  6. Respecting the confidentiality of the sleep support provided, as the information may not be relevant to others.
  7. Understanding that a troubleshooting call is not a substitute for a comprehensive sleep package. While I will do my best to address your concerns, I will not analyze a full sleep diary and questionnaire.

Cancellation/refund policy: You have the right to cancel at any time if you feel that sleep coaching is not suitable for you or your child. Cancellations made more than 48 working hours prior to the appointment, or rescheduled appointments due to illness, will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 48 working hours prior to the appointment will receive a 50% refund.

If I need to cancel, I will offer an alternative appointment that is mutually convenient for both parties.

If, after reviewing your sleep diary, I believe that a different approach with another practitioner would be more beneficial, I will issue a full refund, regardless of the appointment's proximity.

Follow-up and Availability: I will provide support as outlined in the package you have chosen. If applicable, I will send a written summary of our consultation, including the discussed suggestions, within 48 hours of the appointment.

For any follow-up WhatsApp support, I will be available Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 8 PM. I do not provide support on Sundays. Please note that I reside in the UK and operate on GMT or British Summer Time (GMT+1). While I will make an effort to be flexible, my availability outside of 7 AM to 8 PM UK time is limited for email or phone communications.

I offer extensive support following an initial consultation. Depending on the package, this may include a scheduled phone call at a mutually agreed-upon time, or communication through emails/WhatsApp. You are responsible for initiating contact, and I will inform you when your follow-up package is nearing completion. Feel free to communicate as much or as little as you prefer. Additional follow-up sessions can be purchased if needed, although they are rarely necessary. If you do not respond to calls or emails or initiate contact, it will be assumed that you no longer require or desire sleep support.

Purchasing e-guides and courses: Due to the nature of downloadable sales, all purchases are considered final. Once you have accessed any digital content, you no longer have the right to cancel the purchase or request a refund, as the product cannot be returned.
